- Quickly remove your feature if you close or are unable to fulfil vouchers
- Encourage members to spend credit with you if their vouchers are cancelled
- Give you visibility on Hub of any Covid-19 cancellations– see our member guarantee during Covid-19
- Handle all customer queries and refunds
- Where possible, extend your feature and help customers rebook
