Please note that Reservations Manager is currently only available to accommodation providers, we are progressing solutions for other sectors (watch this space!)
Get in touch with your Account Manager to discuss the suitability of Reservations Manager for your next feature, they'll ask you for a few key details to help set things up
- Room allocation - how many rooms per date can you make available for itison? Keep in mind things like room type and length of stay when working out your capacities
- Reservations email address - Hub will automatically send you an email notification every time a reservation is made, cancelled or updated; these should be sent to one email address in your business, usually for your reservations or reception team
- Reservation lead time - Hub will not allow any reservations to be made within less than 24 hours of the check-in date and we can extend this period up to 14 days if needed
- Hub team - the team or individuals who will be managing your reservations should be set up with access to your Hub account, let us know who they are and we'll do the rest!
