Redeeming vouchers is the only way to generate regular payments for your vouchers.
All payments will be paid by BACS direct into your account. Please note, this can take up to 3 working days to show.
All payments made will be less any refunds.
COVID-19 impact on payments
We've updated our payment processes to pay you faster for all redeemed vouchers.
Final payments for any unredeemed vouchers may be subject to delays as a result of any Government restrictions and/or lockdown measures during the validity period of your deal.
Redeemed voucher payments
- Your weekly payment day will be the day of the week your feature goes live.
- Payments are generated on a weekly basis.
- Any vouchers redeemed during a week, are paid 14 days later (on your payment day of that week).
- If the total value of your unpaid, redeemed vouchers is less than £10, itison may delay your payment until at least £10 value has accrued.
Unredeemed voucher payments
- Government restrictions may have limited our members’ ability to use their vouchers. As such the value of any unredeemed vouchers will be retained until at least 14 days after the expiration of a deal and/or any cancellation requests have been processed by our Customer Support team.
- Upon completion of voucher cancellations, payments for any unredeemed vouchers will be released, less any agreed service fee.
