In July 2020, we updated our payment processes, prioritising your payments for any redeemed vouchers. Redeeming vouchers when used by customers, is now the only way to generate regular payments.
NOTE: to get paid, make sure you've sent us your BACS payment details.
Checking your payments
You can check the status of any payments through your itison Hub. Once we’ve generated a payment for any redeemed vouchers this will display in the payment history section of your Hub.
Understanding your payment timings
The timings of your payments vary, depending on the type of deal you are running with itison. Please see specific details for each deal type below:
- I am running a deal (typically bars, restaurants, spas, hotels, activity centres, visitor attractions, etc.)
- I am running an event (theatres, concerts, exhibitions, etc.)
- I am running a retail deal for perishable, unique or personalised items
- I am running a retail deal with standard distance selling terms
After itison make any payments, it takes up to 3 working days for the money to get to you. Many banking systems don’t process transactions at weekends or on public holidays. Your payment from itison will be processed the next business day.
Final payments for any non-redeemed vouchers may be subject to delays, as a result of any Government restrictions and/or lockdown measures during the validity period of your deal.
Redeeming your vouchers
Redeeming vouchers when used by customers is the fastest way to faster, weekly payments for used vouchers.
