You can check the status of your payments by clicking on the Payments tab on your feature page.
From here, you can view a list of all processed and pending payments due for your redeemed vouchers
- Pending status means the payment is due to be processed on the date listed
- Paid status shows that the payment has been processed by itison and the funds have left our account, it may take up to three working days for your bank to process the payment in to your own account. To view the remittance for your payment click 'view invoice'.
